I have over 10 years experience working as a social worker/therapist in a number of different settings, including outpatient mental health, foster care, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Additionally, I have a graduate certification in Gerontology and I have provided individual and group outpatient therapy to older adults/senior citizens at assisted living facilities. I am a strengths-based, solution-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach individualized to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain their goals.
